Prioritize Your Health

Over the past few years our family has found ourselves on quite the journey when it comes to trying to prioritize health and wellness. From growing our own garden to becoming an “ingredients-only” household and finding ways to exercise that fit into our family’s rhythms, we’ve come pretty far in a short time.

As a self-proclaimed picky eater, I’m not one to just eat something because it’s good and I want to prioritize my health. I have to make sure that it tastes good, too.
